blenders are produced in either 100/120V or 220/240V power An appropriate power

CLEANING TIPS AND CAUTIONS
▶
Do not use abrasives or stiff brushes to clean the blender motor base or jar as this
will dull or scratch the surface Cosmetic damage is not covered by warranty
▶
Do not use a water jet of any kind to clean the blender base
▶
NEVER submerge the blender motor in water—THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
5.3
JAR CARE INSTRUCTIONS
▶
After each use, wash the jar and lid in hot soapy water This can be accomplished by
filling the jar with 1-2 cups (237 ml) of warm water and blending a drop of dish soap
on low speed with the lid in place for one cycle
▶
Do not soak the jar in water for any extended period of time as this may shorten the
life of the jar bearing
▶
If the jar is being stored upside down, shake excess water from the jar so no water
collects around the drive shaft
▶
The jar may be washed in a dishwasher if placed on the top shelf It is recommended
the “Heated Drying” option be turned off
▶
Sanitize the jar periodically by filling the blender jar with a sanitizer diluted according
to manufacturer’s specifications Bleach, properly diluted, can be used as a sanitizer
