Inflator does not start
Inflator is started but
does not inflate

Possible Causes
Car ignition is off.
Loose power plug connection.
Failure of power outlet fuse.
Incorrect or loose hose connections.
Air leaking from tire or hose.
Inflator is overheating.
Insufficient voltage supply.
Dust compartment is full.
Soft tube or Crevice Nozzle is
blocked.
Solutions
Turn on car ignition.
Ensure 12V cig charger is firmly attached to the
cig charger socket.
Ensure vehicle power outlet fuse is 15amp or
higher.
Ensure the hose connector is firmly screwed on
the valve stem.
Ensure the tire inflator does not have leakage.
Ensure air hose or tire does not have puncture.
Do not operate inflator for more than 30 minutes.
Allow approx. 15 minutes of cool down time in
case of overheating.
Ensure car battery is in good condition and not
in low voltage.
Empty the dust compartment.
Remove the blockage.
