Troubleshooting
No sound output
No output on subwoofer
No bass sound
Noise output
The sound bar cannot
power on.
The subwoofer cannot pair
with sound bar.
Note: Please contact and consult to the local service company via hot line if the
sound bar still does not work; Open-up the unit body for checking is prohibited.
a. Please check if the power plug is properly and tight
connected with power socket.
b. Please try to press the standby button on remote control.
c. Please check if you have switched on the power on the
rear panel of subwoofer.
a. Please check and adjust the volume setting.
b. Please check and try to press the MUTE button.
c. Please check if the sound bar is playing on the
appropriate input mode.
d. Please check if the audio input source is working, and if
the signal cable is tightly connected.
a. Please check if the power of subwoofer is switched on.
b. Please check if the LED light in subwoofer is blue. Please
check if the subwoofer has successfully paired with sound
bar.
c. Please try to adjust the bass button the remote control.
a. Please try to switch off the system; then turn on the
sound bar first, and switch on the subwoofer for auto
re-pairing again.
b. Please try to turn off other wireless devices, and try
pairing again the subwoofer.
c. Please move to another place for pairing.
a. Please try to press BASS + button, and press TREBLE –
button.
b. Please increase the volume.
c. Please check if the subwoofer is working.
a. Please check if the audio cable is connected properly.
b. Please turn off the system and turn off the system again
due to some electro-static discharge impact.
c. Please move and play the system in other place because
some other wireless transmitter may impact sound output.
There is no sound output
and the device switched
automatically into standby
mode after 30 mins (ERP2
auto standby time).
First please increase the volume setting on the audio
source player (DVD player, TV, etc.). Then resume and
operate the device as normal. Please contact the local
service center if the problem remains.
