Tone and volume
distribution settings

You can adjust the tone settings (bass
and treble) separately for each source
(radio, CD (MP3), CD changer or AUX
and phone).

You can boost or cut the bass and tre-
ble in 

±

 seven steps.

You can select one of four possible cen-
tre frequencies in order to further opti-
mise the sound.
The change to the boost or cut of the
bass and treble relates to the particular
centre frequency that you selected.

The volume distribution settings (bal-
ance and fader) apply to all the audio
sources, though not to the telephone.

Setting the bass centre frequency

You can choose between four centre
frequencies: 60 Hz, 80 Hz, 100 Hz and
120 Hz.

Whilst the bass setting is being
