Preamplifi er output
(Preamp-Out/Sub-Out)
You can use the preamplifi er outputs
(Preamp-Out) of the car sound system to
connect external amplifi ers. In addition,
you can connect an amplifi er for operating
a subwoofer to the integrated dynamic low-
pass fi lter of the device (level and cut-off
frequency can be adjusted).
For this purpose, the amplifi ers must be
connected as described in the installation
instructions.
Adjusting Sub-Out
The subout level can be adjusted in 8 in-
crements (0 to +7), and 4 cut-off frequen-
cies can be selected: 0 Hz (linear), 80 Hz,
120 Hz and 160 Hz.
