Anyway the NIT should be re-generated for the DVB-C Tuners in your network by:

you can add all other channels from your network here to generate a common NIT for all of them.
Of course you should be experienced with the DVB-MPEG2 PSI/SI settings for the NIT.
The original NIT from SAT is not valid for CATV and shouldn't be passed to the QAM's.
