9. TROUBLE SHOOTING
■
When you have trouble with your vehicle
You can inspect the following before taking your vehicle to the authorized Bladez Health
Products Corporation Service Center.
¾
Vehicle Turns On But Does Not Move
♦
May still be in free wheel mode.
♦
Make sure the lever is completely pushed down to disengage free wheel mode, then
turn off the vehicle and turn it back on to reset the controller.
♦
This problem is indicated by the light blinking five times.
¾
Vehicle Moves Very Slowly
♦
The weight limit of the vehicle may have been exceeded. Please refer to “Maximum
Weight Limit” for the weight specifications.
♦
Vehicle battery charge may be low. Check the battery indicator on the control panel
and charge if needed.
♦
Check for obstructions on or around the vehicle or in your pathway.
♦
Check adjustable speed dial.

Vehicle Has No Power
♦
Check the fuses which are located in the control panel shroud and near the battery.
♦
Check the battery connections by removing the rear shroud. Inspect the wires to see
if they have been pinched or frayed.
♦
If the vehicle hasn’t been charged regularly, the battery may be completely
discharged. Charge the batteries and recheck. If batteries do not recharge, contact
your authorized Bladez Health Products Corporation Service Center for replacement
batteries.
