CUSTOM PROGRAMS ( 4 Custom programs)
1.
Press any of the buttons shown below located at the upper left corner of
the console, LED will lit up indicating the program selected.
2.
Time will be flashing in the display window.
3.
Adjust the Time with the
or
keys at the upper console.
4.
Press ENTER at upper console ~ Display will show SE01 (Segment #1)
5.
Adjust the speed of this segment with the
keys at lower console.
6.
Adjust the incline of this segment with the
keys at lower console.
7.
Press ENTER at upper console ~ Display will show SE02 (Segment #2)
8.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for up to SE30 (30 segments)
9.
Press START at lower console at any time to end.
Custom programs will be stored in the system for easy retrieval unless you go in and
re-program the segments of the custom program.
Note: You can program up to 30 exercise level segments; however, you can stop at any
segment at your desire. The segment you end to segment 30 will be run at default incline
and speed of 0% and 0.5 MPH respectively.
However, you can edit the program at the segment you are currently on and the built-in
software will automatically adjust the rest of the programs proportionally.
