Free or trial items do not appear
If you switch to a different BlackBerry® device or delete all of the data from your device, you must download free or trial items again.
An item appears as "Unavailable for this device"
If the status of an item appears as "Unavailable for this device", the item is not compatible with your BlackBerry® device. If the item becomes
compatible later, its status changes to "Uninstalled", and you can re-install it.
I cannot install an item because there is not enough memory
Try performing the following actions:
•
Remove applications from the My World screen.
•
Delete media files.
•
Clear the browser cache.
