TROUBLESHOOTING
Pill Wheel Errors
While your Pria Device and Pill Wheel should calibrate automatically, if something seems wrong with the
wheel (not spinning as expected, etc.), know that two things will happen to keep your device safe:
•
We will detect the Pill Wheel error and send it to our engineers
•
Once we do detect an issue with the Pill Wheel, we’ll display an error on the Pria’s screen informing you to
contact our Support team
In some cases, you may see an Error screen with #43 or #44 appear. If this happens, you may troublshoot
these specefic cases by following the steps below:
1.
Open the back lid, note the position of the Pill Wheel.
2.
Remove the Pill Wheel.
3.
Rotate wheel 180 degrees from where you found it.
4.
Reinsert the Pill Wheel inside.
5.
Close the back lid.
6.
Continue using the device! This should fix the issue and cause the wheel to recalibrate. If it doesn’t
please contact our Support team for additional assistance.
