*During Air Fry mode, the convection fan runs continuously to evenly brown,
and crisp your food. Convection is also automatic on the Bake, Pizza, Warm
and Reheat settings. In these modes the convection fan cycles on and off to
create optimal heat distribution.
**Default settings apply only after the unit has been unplugged and plugged
back in (Bake Function is Default). Once a setting has been used, the last
function, time and temperature selections will be saved.
