1. Connect the T3 electrical interface.
2. Connect the fiberoptic interface.
3. Connect the power cable (first to the modem, then to the mains supply).
Operation starts when the power is applied to the rear-panel power
connector.
Operation
1. Check that the TEST switch is set to the NORM position.
2. Verify LED status. The POWER LED should be on; all other indicators should
be off.
3. If there is an indication of a malfunction or fault, run a diagnostic test.
