Printing total label

You can pre-define a total for a some or numerous totals for several articles for labeling,
see page 286. When the total is achieved a total label is printed. Depending on the total
initiation set it is printed as follows:
–

by hand: Printing is released manually via softkey after total stop, see page 343.

–

synchronuous: Printing is released manually after total stop, see page 343.

–

asynchronous: No total stop. It is automatically printed on an external printer.

Printing total label by hand

If the total pre-selection is achieved the weighing belt stops and a message appears, for
example "Total 1 reached".
Mode level: 2
For the total achieved a manual total release is configured.

Confirm message.
<Release total>
Select total, for example <Total 1>.
The total label is printed.
Hold hand under labeling system and take total label.
Confirm message "Acknowledge total printout".
Apply total label manually.

24.10.2

Synchronous printing of total label

If total pre-selection is achieved, the weighing belt stops and the total label is printed auto-
matically. The message "Acknowledge total printout" appears.
Mode level: 2
For the total achieved a synchronous total release is configured.

Hold hand under labeling system and take total label.
Confirm message "Acknowledge total printout".
Apply total label manually.

24.11

Print label sequence

The labels for a larger number of fixed price, fixed weight or fixed value packages can be
printed as a label sequence on the backing paper. The goods do not have to run via the
device in the process. You can affix the labels to the packages manually afterwards. If you
print several label sequences in succession, you can issue a separating label after each
sequence to mark the end of one and beginning of the next sequence.
