Special screwed connections inside the
compressor
Assess the risk of conversion and take appropriate
measures before any intervention into the compressor.
Before re-commissioning: Test the compressor de-
pending on the risk assessed for pressure strength and
tightness or for tightness only.
6.1
Pressure relief valve
Size
3/4-14 NPTF
15 .. 20 Nm
This valve vents from the pressure side (HP) to the
suction side (LP) inside the compressor if the HP pres-
sure exceeds the maximum allowable pressure.

SPI sensor
60 Nm, thread at sensor body. Mount with aluminium
gasket.
The SPI (slider position indicator) is mounted at com-
pressors starting at sizes HS.95, OS.95 and CS.105.

Connecting flange of FI cooling plate with
CSV.
