3.5 VCOUNT, HCOUNT, LINES_TOGO

These three registers give feedback about the operation of the horizontal and vertical
CTABs. VCOUNT is the address counter of the VCTAB. This register indicates the cur-
rent VCTAB address.

HCOUNT is the 2 LSB of the HCTAB address counter. This register indicates only if the
HCTAB is cycling. Reading a constant value on HCOUNT indicates that the HCTAB
address is stuck.

LINES_TOGO specifies how more many lines there are till the end of the frame.
