Limited Three Year Warranty
BISSELL Ltd. will repair or replace, at BISSELL’s option, free of charge from the date of
purchase by the original purchaser, any defective or malfunctioning part for a period of
Three Years. BISSELL reserves the right to replace the product with a similar product.
This warranty applies to product used for personal, and not commercial or rental use. This
warranty does not apply to routine maintenance or brushes. Damage or malfunction
caused by negligence or abuse is not covered.
BISSELL Ltd. is not liable for incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or
consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of this product. BISSELL’s
liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of other warranties, representations, conditions
and/or covenants either oral or written. Any implied representations, warranties or
conditions that may arise by operation of law, including the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the three year period
stated above.
