Red Sensor Light is On

Low Suction

2. Wand is not installed properly

Poor Pick Up

1. Adjust the height adjustment to confirm your at the right
carpet height
2. Brush is worn out

Vacuum motor is not working

1. Vacuum might not be plugged in
1. Check to make sure vacuum is plugged in properly
2. Electrical outlet might not be working
2. Check electrical source
3. Check to make sure the vacuum button is ON
4. Check for any air flow obstructions
5. Switches might need to be replaced
