PUMP REPLACEMENT 

 
1.

 

Unplug the unit. 

 
2.

 

Remove the two solution tanks. 

 
3.

 

Remove spray tips from guides. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4.

 

Remove the brush and cog belt by removing the screw from the orange retaining collar. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
5.

 

Remove belt from pulley. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
6.

 

Remove all lines and tubes from pump unit. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
7.
