Operation
1. Open the bottle by hand or with
the integrated opener (B.2) depen-
ding on the type of cap. Put the
BISON with the bottle adapter (B.3)
onto the bottle.
2. Pour the beer into 3/4 of the glass
with preferably little foam. If you
want to pour the beer faster, you
can also install the BISON after this
step.
3. Press the ON button (A.1) once
and top the beer with finest foam.
The BISON switches itself off
automatically after 15 seconds or
when pressing the ON button again.
During operation, the BISON logo
lettering lights up on the top.
5.
Cleaning
After usage, it is best to remove the BISON from the bottle with a slight
rotation while pulling. Detach the two device parts from each other by
separating the magnetic catch and sliding the ultrasonic unit (A) over
the spout unit (B). After that, rinse the spout unit (B) under warm water.
Cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended. The ultrasonic unit (A)
contains electronic components and must not come into contact with
water.
