GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Auf Birth Alarm GSM gibt es folgende
Garantiebedingungen:
1. Mit ausgefüllter Garantiekarte und der
Ankaufquittung gewährt Gallagher 2 Jahre Garantie,
gerechnet ab dem Ankaufdatum.
2. Die Garantie umfaßt kostenlose Reparaturen
und/oder das auswechseln von Ersatzteilen der
Geräte im Falle von Material und/oder
Fabrikationsfehlern.
3. Der Garantietermin von 2 Jahre wird nicht durch
Ausführungen von Garantiearbeiten verlängert.
4. Ersatzteile dieser Geräte, die bei der Garantie ersetzt
werden, werden automatisch Eigentum der
Gallagher.
5. Die Garantie umfaßt nicht das Ersetzen von verschlis-
senen Teilen wie z.B. die Batterie.
6. Die Garantieverpflichtung Gallagher, gibt dem Käufer
nicht das Recht Schadenersatz oder des Lösens der
Kaufvereinbarung.
7. Garantie besteht nicht wenn:
- Reparaturen, Änderungen oder Erweiterungen von
jemand anderem als von Gallagher oder ohne
Zustimmung durchgeführt werden;
- das System von der Firma Gallagher beurteilt wird, ob
es durch Eingriffe beschädigt wurde:
- ob die Typennummer und/oder die Seriennummer
und/oder der Garantieaufkleber beschädigt, oder
nicht mehr vorhanden sind;
- Änderungen auf der Garantiekarte oder der
Ankaufquittung sind angebracht;
- durch eine defekte Batterie, oder falsches einsetzen
einer Batterie;
- Schäden, die entstanden sind durch abweichende
außere Einflüsse;
- Schäden, die durch falsche Anschlüsse nicht
geprüfter Geräte entstanden sind;
- Schäden, die durch Wasser in der Elektronik ent-
standen sind;
- wenn das Gehäuse beschädigt ist.
Sie haben 2 Jahre Garantie auf Birth Alarm GSM
(Sender und Empfanger) wenn Sie diesen Zettel aus-
füllen und zurückschicken an obenstehende Adresse.
Dieser Abschnitt ist für Ihre Unterlagen.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The following warranty conditions apply for the Birth
Alarm GSM:
1. With the presentation of the certificate of warranty
and the purchase note Gallagher provides a 2 year
warranty, to be counted from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty comprises the free repair or replace-
ment (of components) of the equipment in the event
of material or production faults.
3. The warranty period is not extended or renewed as a
result of warranty work activities.
4. Equipment or components of the equipment which
are replaced under the warranty automatically
become the property of Gallagher.
5. The warranty does not cover the replacement of con-
sumable articles such as batteries, etc.
6. The warranty obligation of Gallagher gives the buyer
no sort of right to damage compensation or the dis-
solving of the purchase agreement.
7. The warranty is no longer applicable if:
- repairs, changes or extensions to the equipment
have been effected by parties other than Gallagher
without the permission of the latter;
- in the opinion of Gallagher the equipment has been
neglected or use incompetently;
- type numbers and/or serial numbers and/or warran-
ty stickers have been damaged, removed or
changed;
- changes have been made to the certificate of war-
ranty or the puchase note;
- defects have originated due to the incorrect placing
of batteries or their leakage;
- defects have originated due to deviating environmen-
tal conditions, as far as such conditions are indicat-
ed;
- defects have originated due to the connections of
non-approved equipment;
- the seal of the equipment, as far as this is present,
has been broken;
- defects have originated due to water damage to the
electronics;
- the housing for the electronics is no longer intact.
You have a two year warranty on Birth Alarm GSM
(sender and receiver). Please return warranty card to
the above address.
