1 second to start Ironhand.
To shut down Ironhand

If the Ironhand on/off button does not respond, pull the red stop handle on
the remote control downwards. This stops any contraction movements of the
glove and shuts down the system quickly. To reset the quick stop, press the red
handle to its normal position.
