7. When the unit is on, you can press the
+
or
–
buttons to change the light
intensity. When the unit is turned off and turned back on with the button and
the adapter is not unplugged, the last level of intensity you selected is still stored.
There are 10 levels of intensity to choose from. If the unit is unplugged the light
intensity will reset to the highest level.
8. To turn the Therapy Light off, press and hold the button for 5 seconds and the
unit will turn off.

Using the Therapy Light
When using the Therapy Light, you are to maintain a distance of 10 – 60 cm/
3.9” – 23.6” between your face and the light. The closer you are to the light the
less time you should use it. The duration of the application depends on the distance.
