6) If there were any Re-Prep orders on the queue, a popup will display all Re-Prep orders relevant to the
Diagnostic Kit. Select the Re-Prep orders you wish to incorporate into the workflow at this point.
7) The locations of the non-template control (NTC) and positive control (PC) will be automatically allocated.
The default settings are one each of NTC and PC. To modify the default NTC and PC replicates, go to
the Config>Settings menu of the
ExiStation
™ Manager Software window.
8) Click the 'Sample ID' box and use a (optional) barcode reader or keyboard to enter sample information.
