Operation of the BioMetrixx S4:
Charging:
The BioMetrixx S4 is powered by an NI-MH battery. Before you can use the appliance it is necessary to charge the appliance between 5
to 8 hours using the Solar Panel or 15 minutes using the Mini USB socket. To charge the button cell via solar panel place it into a try and
sunny location and make sure the Solar Panel is facing the sun. The appliance will be fully charged after 5 to 8 hours (depending on the
suns intensity). To recharge the appliance simply repeat the above step. Alternatively you can charge the appliance by using the
integrated 5V Mini USB socket. It will be charged after 15min (mini USB cable and power supply not included in the delivery).
Operating:
The BioMetrixx S4 comes with an integrated ON/OFF switch. Push the ON/OFF switch towards the ON mark to start the appliance or
towards OFF to switch the appliance off.
Choose a frequency:
The BioMetrixx S4 comes with a frequency rotary switch. With this switch you are able to choose a frequency between 7 kHz and 23
kHz.
This gives you the advantage to set different frequencies to chase away a wide range of pests (please check the frequency table below).
To make use of the maximum area of effectiveness (25 sqm) please make sure that there are no obstacle in front of the application (e.g.
walls etc.). The appliance works best as close as possible to the area you want to protect.

surrendered to people with lacking or no experience as well as children, if they are not monitored or supervised properly, how
the appliance has to be handled.

Guarantee:
We grant a two year guarantee for this device which includes repair of all defects that were caused by defective material or fabrication
mistakes. Guarantee does not apply on wearing parts. Since the manufacturer has no influence on correct usage and operation the
guarantee only applies on the completeness and proper condition of the appliance. We take no liability or guarantee for damages or
consequential damages caused in connection with this product. This especially applies if the device has been altered or repaired and
damage was caused by false operation or abuse.
Environmental protection note
At the end of its lifetime this appliance may not be disposed via the regular household waste. Instead it has to be disposed in a collection
place for recyclable electrical and electronic items. The materials used in this appliance can be recycled according to their labeling.
Through recycling and reusing materials you are contributing to the protection of our environment. Please ask your local governmental
administration office where to find your local responsible waste disposal centre.
