ABIPLAS

WELD 100/150 POWDER W

11 Disassembly

Disconnect the cable assembly from the power source and powder delivery
unit.

Remove the parts to be disconnected.

Powder is introduced
unilaterally

• Powder nozzle bore partly

clogged

• Powder gas volumetric flow too

strong or too weak

• Clean powder nozzle and

replace it if necessary

• Adjust powder gas volumetric

flow setting

• Switch off the entire welding system.
