Unloading extraction operation
This operating mode is identical to the previous mode except that in this case you start with a loaded
scale and gradually remove material.
Enter the Set Point 01 and Set Point 02 values (
par. 6.2.6 on page 1-62
).
On pressing the key in correspondence with the indication
START
, the extracted weight value is
zero-set and scale unloading is enabled. The display shows the gross weight (the weight on the
scale) and the extracted weight (the weight unloaded from the scale).
The display format used in this operating mode is

The extraction operation can be concluded by pressing
STOP
.

Extraction on loading with fall management
6.8.1
Operating data
•
Requested quantity
(Set Point1). This is the weight that must be reached, i.e. the quantity of
material that must be extracted on to the scale so as to terminate the extraction. The data item is
only available if the "request" output has been envisaged.
•
Slow
(Set Point2). This is the weight that must be extracted at slow speed, i.e. the quantity of
material that must be extracted on to the scale at low speed so as to increase the accuracy of
the cycle. The data item is only available if the "slow" output has been envisaged.
•
Fall
. This is the quantity of material that still drops on to the scale after the extraction contact
has been deactivated.
If fall correction has been enabled, once each extraction cycle has terminated "correctly" (not
with stop), the terminal automatically corrects the fall quantity according to the difference
between the "extracted" and "requested" quantities and the set correction percentage. The new
fall value is expressed with one more decimal figure than the number of decimals of the scale.
Fall correction percentage
. This is a numeric data item whose value can be between 0 and 100. It
gives the correction percentage of the error that the terminal can apply to the fall quantity in order to
increase the accuracy of the successive extraction cycles.
