PROBLEM 

PROBABLE CAUSE 

REMEDY 

The  machine  does  not 
work. 

Make sure that the compressed 
air connection has been carried 
out. 

Connect  the  machine  to  the 
local  pneumatic  network  using 
the supplied quick coupling. 

The  two  spring  pin  arms 
do  not  slide  smoothly  on 
the columns. 

Dust and dirt deposit along the 
columns. 

Lubricate  the  sliding  parts  of 
the  machine  with  a  suitable 
product. 

The piston stem does not 
hold  the  position  after 
the  feed  and  comes  back 
alone. 

There  is  a  loss  of  air  from  the 
cylinder. 

Contact  the  cylinder  repair
