5. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The use of this Motorcycle Lift is restricted to Professionals and qualified

Technicians only, in accordance with the requirements established by

Directive 98/37/CE and its subsequent modifications or supplements.

Professionals or qualified Technicians must be in full possession of their

mental and physical faculties while using the Lift. They must not be under the

influence of drug, alcohol or sedative.

Professionals or qualified Technicians must have full knowledge of the control

systems’ position and operation. They must know all the features and the

characteristics reported in this User’s Instructions Manual, before use.

Use other than what is foreseen by the Manufacturer is forbidden.

Follow all the warnings and the instructions marked on the Lift.

The working area must be kept free and clean from oil wastes in order to

allow safe and easy operation.

Environmental conditions must comply with the safety regulations in force in

the countries in which the Lifts have been installed.

Never wear clothes different from those normally used in workshops.

Out of use protection and safety devices are the Purchaser or the User’s

complete responsibility.
