INSTRUCTIONS

Insert the battery pack into the charging socket of the charger. Then plug the charger into the nearest
230 V AC, grounded, electrical outlet.

The green light on the charger will automatically turn on.

Depress the
SET
button on the charger, the green light will automatically go out and the red light will
turn on indicating the charger has switched to the charge mode.

Charge the battery for one hour before using the gun.

When the battery pack is fully charged, the red light will automatically go out, and the green light will turn
on. Remove the battery pack from the charger and disconnect the charger from its electrical outlet.

Load the grease cartridge and pull the trigger to dispense grease.

When the battery pack requires recharging, a one hour charge allows the tool to operate at full power.
Do not recharge the battery pack longer than one hour as damage to the battery pack and / or charger
will occur.
ATTENTION:
The temperature of the battery pack may increase during use and shortly after use. The battery pack may
not accept a full charge if it is charged immediately after use. Allow the battery pack to cool to room
temperature before charging for best result.
WARNING:
This gun has an external grease bypass system that vents grease from the head of the gun when the
grease fitting is clogged. When grease starts bypassing out of the head of the gun
STOP! CONTINUING
TO PRESS THE TRIGGER WILL DAMAGE THE GUN!
MAINTENANCE

Do not force the tool – use the correct tool for your application. The correct tool will do the job better and
safer at the rate for which it is designed.

Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on or off.

Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be replaced.

Disconnect the power tool from its battery pack before making any adjustements, changing accessories
or storing the tool. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the tool accidentally.

Store idle tools out of reach of children and other untrained persons. Tools are dangerous in the hands
of untrained users.

Maintain tools with care. Properly maintained tools are less likely to malfunction and are easier to
control. Do not use a damaged tool. Tag damaged tools "Do not use" until repaired.

Check for misalignement or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that
may affect the tool's operation. If damaged, have the tool serviced before using. Many accidents are
caused by poorly maintained tools.

Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may
be suitable for one tool may become hazardous when used on another tool.
