With help from a second person, lift the
racking frame and place onto the base.
Tip: Ensure castor brakes are locked so that
the base doesn’t move around

Select two uprights

and insert a short
side beam

into the keyholes at a height
of 457mm (12 holes)
Knock the beam
B
with a rubber
mallet at both ends to ensure the studs
are fully located in the bottom of the
keyholes
Repeat steps 1 and 2 to create an end
frame with the 3rd beam in the highest
keyholes
Select two more uprights and repeat
steps 1 to 3 until you have a second
identical end frame
Assemble the mobile base frame:
Attach castors

to brackets using four
M8 bolts and nuts with a 13mm spanner,
placing the M10 washers onto the bolt
side of the fixing
Attach a side ‘C’ section beam

to a
bracket using two M10 bolts and nuts
with a 15mm spanner, placing the M12
washer onto the bolt side of the fixing
Take a long tyre support beam
C
and
insert into the keyholes on one frame
with the V profile uppermost as in
picture below. Position the lower level
at 740mm (19 holes)
Knock beam into position and then
repeat step 5 to fit another beam
C
at
the same height on the frame. Join beam
ends to the second frame as below
Before adding next tyre beam level,
check the height required to allow
tyres to be loaded. Then add next two
beams as in steps 5 and 6

Continue joining side ‘C’ section beams

and long ‘C’ section beams

brackets to complete base.
Tip: Ensure castors with brakes are
located on same side
Secure uprights
A
to brackets using
four M6 bolts and nuts with a 10mm
spanner, placing the M6 washers onto
the nut side of the fixing
