If AC input fails (below 9.7 V DC), level decreases to -7 V DC.
If AC input ok, level is at +7 V DC.
Battery Low (Output)
If the battery is low, level decreases to -7 V DC.
If the battery is ok, level is at +7 V DC.
Shutdown (Input)
Signal to switch off the PSU in UPS mode.
The level has to be ≥+7 V DC and has to be connected ≥60 msec. The UPS switches off
after app. 10 sec.
The output voltage corresponds to the connected input
voltage minus app. 0.65 V DC (at full load).
The (5-pole) pin-and-socket connector is included in the
delivery of the DC UPS UPSI-1202.
5 Installation and Start up

Notes
Ensure there is sufficient convection during operation.
All connector cables must be dimensioned for the input current of the UPSI-1202
(6.6 A) and an according additional protection must be provided and fused with a
7.5 A vehicle-protection-fuse. The recommended cross section for the connector
cables is 1.5 mm

Before switching on the unit, make sure all connections are correct.
Connect both batteries. Battery 1 to connector AKKU1 (+) and AKKU1 (–), Battery 2
to AKKU2 (+) and AKKU2 (–).
Please do not reverse!
Wire temperature sensor (AKKU-NTC). Wire power and DC input (connect). Plug in
both battery fuses (7.5 Ah). Switch on application.
