4. Use
ASSEMBLY/USE OF THE BLENDING SHAFT
• Mount the appliance by inserting the blending shaft (10) on the handle/
motor unit (1) and lock the shaft (10) by rotating it counter-clockwise
(Fig. C).
• Connect the plug (11) to the electrical socket, making certain that the
mains power corresponds to the indications on the tag on the back of
the appliance.
• Hold the appliance as shown in Fig. D and immerse the blade of the
blending shaft (10) into food.
• Start the appliance by pressing the on/off button (2).
• Blend by moving the appliance slightly from down to up, always keeping
the blade immerse in the food.
• When the on/off button (2) is released, the appliance stops.
• To increase blade rotation speed, press the Turbo button (3).
The blending shaft (10) is suitable for preparing sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, baby food and milkshakes.
ASSEMBLY/USE OF THE WIRE WHISK SHAFT *
• Mount the appliance by inserting the wire whisk shaft (4) * on the
handle/motor unit (1) and lock the shaft (4) * by rotating it counter-
clockwise (Fig. E).
• Connect the plug (11) to the electrical socket, making certain that the
mains power corresponds to the indications on the tag on the back of
the appliance.
• Hold the appliance as shown in Fig. D and immerse the blending shaft
(4) * in the middle of the mix to be processed.
• Start the appliance by pressing the on/off button (2).
• Mix by moving the appliance slightly from down to up, always keeping
the blade immerse in the food.
• When the button (2) is released, the appliance stops.
• To increase rotation speed of the wire whisk shaft, press the Turbo
button (3).
The wire whisk shaft (4)

serves to mix doughs, to whip cream and
egg whites, and for soft mixtures.
