Every noise-eliminating speaker comes with a 12 month
guarantee against defective materials and workmanship.

Most queries can be sorted out over the telephone, if not we will
arrange with you to have your speaker sent back to us for analysis,
repair or replacement (if within 12 months from date of purchase, if
outside the guarantee period an estimate of the cost of repair will
be given).
