8.7. VPN
The
“VPN Setting”
menu is shown on the

Enable: put a tick to enable a VPN function

Server URL:
enter an IP address or a domain name of a VPN server.
UserName:
enter a user name to get access to the VPN server.
Password:
enter a user password to get access to the VPN server.
IP Address:
the field displays an IP address received after the VPN connection is established.
Status:
the field displays the status of the VPN connection.
Press the
[Save]
button to apply new settings.
8.8. RTSP
Enabling the RTSP function, you can receive a real-time video stream from the door station
using different players which supports a standard RTSP protocol (RTSP clients), for example, VLC,
Quick Time, Real Player, etc.
The following request is used for getting access to the video stream via RTSP clients:
rtsp://<IP>:<PORT>/av<X>_<Y>
, where:
<IP>
– door station IP address;
<PORT>
– door station RTSP port (by default – 554.);
<X>
– a command of the video stream channel. The channels are counted from “0”. The
door station has only one channel so you need enter “0”.
<Y>
– a command of the video stream profile: 0 – main stream, 1 – sub stream.
