After unprotected exposure to the sun, how long should
I wait before performing a treatment with the device?
You should wait two weeks after unprotected exposure to
the sun before using the device. If you are still unsure about
exposure to the sun, consult your doctor.
Are there any particular steps I need to take before
using the device?
Before each treatment, avoid exposing the treated surface
to the sun for at least two weeks. This can be aided by UV
sunblock (SPF 30+) and clothing that covers the treated
area. Furthermore, the area to be treated should be cleaned
with mild soap and water and the hair should be shaved
down to the surface of the skin.
How should I look after the treated skin surface
following a treatment?
The treated skin surface can be cleaned and cared for using
commercially available skin care products. Takeparticular
care to avoid unprotected exposure to the sun for up to
48 hours after the treatment. Sunblock with a high sun
protection factor (30+) and clothing that covers the area
will provide sufficient protection from the sun.
