The amount of oil to be used depends on the effect you want. More
oil causes faster vibration and therefore a more intensive reflex
action and blood circulation. Less oil causes a slower treatment
that penetrates deeper, with a very relaxing effect that loosens
the tissue.
It is also possible to combine the two. To do so, apply a larger
amount of oil onto the area to be treated and move the Fascia-
ReleaZer
®
over the area quickly. Then wipe off some of the oil with
a cloth and treat the same area again, but this time with slower
movements.
NOTE
Do not use the massage device right before going to bed.
The massage can have a stimulating effect and may make it
difficult to fall asleep.

®
/selecting the vibration
setting
Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the Fascia-ReleaZer
®
. The
function light shows steady green and the first vibration setting is
activated.
