8. What to do if there are problems?

Problem

off and on again

on your smartphone.
If you have an iPhone, follow the in-

structions from the iPhone section of

“6.6 Bluetooth connection lost”.
Restart the app.
Make sure that Bluetooth

is activat-

ed on your activity watch (see page

31 “Search button”).

Bluetooth

is deactivated if no infor-

mation is displayed when you press

the STATUS button

, SEARCH

button or CAMERA button

Close all other apps and remove all

other Bluetooth

devices from the

Bluetooth

settings of the smart-

phone.
