Assembly Instructions
Note: DO NOT fully tighten all the screws until the chair been adjust & level all the legs so that they do not
wobble. Once adjusted then go back and tighten while making sure that the unit remains level.
1.
Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2.
Place Seat Assembly (A) upside down on a smooth & protective surface as shown in detail #1.
3.
With the pilot holes on the Seat Board (A) as a guide, align and attach Left & Right Leg Frame (B & C) to the
Seat Board using six Self-tapping Screws (1) as shown in detail #1. Make sure the Arrow Front sticker on the
Leg Frames is pointing towards front of the unit.
DO NOT fully tighten the Self-tapping Screws in this step.
4.
Attach the Crossbars (D) to the Left and Right Leg Frames (B & C) using four Self-tapping Screws (1) as shown
in detail #1A. Make sure that you use a small amount of Wood Glue with both ends of all Crossbars. Tighten the
Self-tapping Screws with the Allen Wrench provided.
5.
Stand the chair upright. Check it is balance and securely tighten all the Self-tapping Screws.
6.
Now insert the Wood Plugs (2) to cover the screw holes on the side stretcher of the Leg Frames (B & C) for nice
looking. Gently tap the Wood Plugs with a rubber mallet to ensure they are fully seated. Make sure that you use
a small amount of Wood Glue with the Wood Plugs. Excess glue can be wiped off with damp cloth.
7.
Repeat the process to assemble the other chair.
