TOASTING
Operation
• Place food to be cooked directly onto Wire Rack or in Food Tray and then onto Wire Rack.
Close the oven door.
• Turn Switch Knob to .The upper and lower heating elements will work together.
• Turn the Timer knob to the corresponding position depending on the darkness required.
Usually the time is in the range of about 3-5minutes. The longer the toasting time, the dark-
er the color.
• Make sure to turn Timer Knob to “0” to turn off the oven when cooking is completed.
NOTE: The bread may catch fire if the toasting time is setting too long. Close supervision is
necessary during toasting.
This function is ideal for cooking chicken, fish and meats in general. Pre-heating the oven is
recommended.
Operation
• Place the food in the tray. Always use the food pan when cooking foods like chicken wings
or hot dogs as it will catch the drippings.
• Turn Cooking Function/Temperature Knob to .
• Note: Always monitor the food at this setting to prevent overcooking. Turn the food at
intervals to ensure even cooking. Always use oven gloves when handling to avoid burns.
• Pre-heat the oven for 3-4 minutes by turning timer knob clockwise. Place cooking tray on
wire rack. Set timer to desired cooking time. Make sure to turn food at intervals to ensure
even cooking.
• Make sure to turn Timer Knob to “O” for turning off the oven when cooking is completed.
Operation
• Remember to put the food pan above the wire rack when defrosting.
• Put the food on the food pan,removing all paper or plastic wapping. The temperature
should be set at 200F.The time needed for defrosting is largely dependent on food weight
type and shape. If the food is thick and heavy,the temperature should be set at 250F and
long time is needed. It is necessary to turn over the food. The oven temperature should not
be set too high as this may cause the food to be burned.
