TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
INSUFFICIENT W ATER ONTO THE BRUSHES
1 . M ake sure that the cock is open
2 . M ake sure that there is water in the solution tank
3 . T he water is dispensed only when the machine is movin g f orward

4. C lean the solution f ilter
5. C heck that no thermic protection (circuit breaker) is activated . (see “ THERMIC
PROTECTIONS )
THE MACHINE DOES NOT CLEAN SATISFACTORILY
1 . C heck the condition o f the brushes and replace them, i f necessary (the brushes have
to be chan g ed when the bristles reach around 1 5 mm) . F or their replacement see
under “ DISASSEMBLY BRUSHES ” or “ ASSEMBLY BRUSHES ” .
2 . U se a di ff erent kind o f brushes to the ones f itted as standard . F or cleanin g
operations on f loors where the dirt proves to be particularly resistant, we
recommend usin g special brushes which may be supplied optionally accordin g to
needs (see under “ CHOICE AND USE OF BRUSHES ”) .

heck that the squee g ee is clean
2 . C heck the squee g ee adjustments (see under “ MACHINE PREPARATION ”)
3 . C lean the whole suction g roup (see “ DAILY MAINTENANCE ” and “W EE K LY
MAINTENANCE ”)
4. R eplace the rubbers, i f worn (see “W EE K LY MAINTENANCE ”)
5. C heck that no thermic protection (circuit breaker) is activated (see THERMIC
PROTECTIONS )
