1) Remove card board from
crate, cut off plastic covering
from motorcycle and
handlebars.
2) Remove additional items
from box supplied. Item list is
as follows:
‐ Headlight assembly
‐ Skid plate
‐ Frame guards
‐ Tool kit
‐ Battery Oring
‐ Owners manual
‐ Battery
‐ Hardware
3) Cut large tie straps on rear
swing arm and foot rests
4) After removing wood
support, install handlebars
using bolts supplied. Tighten
bolts to 18 ft. lbs.
5) Install speedometer using
the two bolts supplied.
6) Begin installing the
headlight assembly by first
plugging in the wires.
