What to do if …
You can fix most disruptions and errors
that arise during daily use on your
own. In many cases you can save time
and money as you do not have to call
customer service.
The following tables should help you
find and remove the causes of a
disruption or an error. However, note
that:
Repairs in electrical devices may
only be conducted by authorised
professionals. Improper repairs
may give rise to significant risks for
the user.
Possible disruptions in the BestWater system
Problem cause Solution
No water coming out of
the BestWater system.
The water feed is broken.
The BestWater system
is not getting enough
water. The hose is bent.
Check that
- the minimum flow
pressure of 100 kPa (1.0
bar) is reached,
- the water feed hose
1/4” is not bent,
- the mains plug is
connected,
- the mains switch is set
to (l),
- the fuse is working.
