oPeration - General

The appliance is intended only for domestic use, not for professional use.

1. Knob to select upper and/or lower heating

2. Adjustable temperature knob

3. Pilot light

4. Lid

5. Viewing window

6. Handle

7. Pizza stone

8. Aluminium spatulas

9. Cable and plug

oPeration - Before first use

Place the pizza stone (7) in the appliance. Turn the select knob (1) to upper and lower heating, turn the

temperature knob (2) to “MIN” and heat the appliance for about 10 - 15 minutes. After that switch the

appliance off (turn the temperature knob (2) to “OFF” and the select knob (1) to “OFF”), open the pizza

appliance and leave it to cool for about 10 minutes. After this you can start preparing a tasty crispy pizza.
ATTENTION: If you don’t follow the instructions above, there is a chance that the stone will crack.

oPeration - using the pizza stone oven

1. Open the lid of the oven (4) using the handle (6).

2. Place the pizza stone (7) in the correct position in the oven (so that the hinged clips cannot be folded

into the oven). Close the oven.

3. Switch the temperature knob (2) to ‘MAX’ and the selection knob to upper and lower heating. After

approx. 10 minutes the appliance is ready to use. The pilot light stays on until the automatic thermostat

switches off.

4. Open the oven. Use the 2 spatulas to pick up the pizza and put it on the oven stone. After that, pull out

the spatulas and close the oven.

5. Leave the temperature knob set to ‘MAX’ and the selection knob set to upper and lower heating.

• Bake fresh made pizzas approx. 5 to 7 minutes

• Bake frozen pizzas approx. 8-10 minutes.

• Check the baking process every now and then by opening the lid. Depending on the used topping,

the given baking time can differ.

6. When ready, use the 2 spatulas to take out the pizza and put it on a plate.

7. Switch off the appliance.

8. Take the plug out of the socket and allow the appliance and pizza stone to cool before storing.
