4. Setup Menu and Functions
Mode
It is to set the working modes of the camera.
(1)Motion Detection: Motion activates the camera. This is the most
common working mode.
(2)Time Lapse (Normal): The camera will take pictures automatically
as per set time interval. For example,set the interval time to 1 hour, the
camera will take a photo or video each hour(Confirmation according to
your setting is taken photo or video). If you want to observe that a
plant blooms, the camera will take 24 photos or 24 videos in 24 hours
to record the whole process of blooming.
(3)Time lapse (Video):This mode will disable the motion detection.
The camera will take videos automatically as per a set time interval.
The time interval can be set from 3 seconds to 24 hours. For example,
set the interval to 1 hour, the camera will take a photo each hour. If the
camera works for 24 hours,there will be 24 photos. These photos will
be auto converted into a playable file.
Notice:
Both Time Lapse (Normal) and Time lapse (Video) disable the
motion detection, which means the camera will not automatically
detect the motion. Instead, it will take the photo or video clips
automatically at your choice of intervals. This has the advantage of
scouting further distances that are out of the PIR sensor's range,
