4.1 Use the big open-end
wrench (I) to unscrew
the wheel bolt from the
right wheel connector
found on the lower right
arm assembly (A).
4.2 Insert a metal washer
thru the bolt then insert
thru the wheel hole.
Insert another metal
washer thru the bolt on
the other side of the
wheel.
