Please retain these instructions for future reference.
Position the part I wheels and part E lower pole on the part J base. Slide the part A axle
through the wheels and lower pole to secure them in place.
Attach the left and right lower brace (part B) to part J base and the lower pole with four part 1
bolt sets and a part 3 bolt set.
