Before you begin!
As a basic principle, only build your
summer house on a level surface.
Check your foundation prior to assem-
bly!
All models are generally delivered in
an unprocessed state (unpainted and
without roo
fi
ng); deviations depend on
your order.
Open the package and lay out all the
pieces. This will make assembly ea-
sier. Always provide an underlay to
protect any painted pieces.
You will
fi
nd the house keys on the
side of the door. The keys are
fi
xed
with a screw.
Remove them prior to the installation
of the door to avoid damages.
IMPORTANT:
Please have a close look at the dra-
wing prior to assembly because this
is the only way to visualise where the
individual components need to be
placed during assembly. The package
always contains a couple of spare roof
boards.
Set the preassembled
fl
oor in the desi-
red position on the foundation.
We have placed a layer of
roofing felt beneath our foun-
dation to protect the wood
from water. (However, this is
not mandatory.)
Fix the two missing fascia boards of
the
fl
oor with a cordless screwdriver
and the provided screw set.
(We recommend using a cordless screwdriver for fixing the screws. You should only fix window and door fittings manually with a
screwdriver.)
