• Never leave child unattended
• Always keep child in view
• Secure straps tightly
• Never use as a stepping stool
• Use for children 6 months and up
or when child can sit independently
• The front edge of the footrest should
never extend beyond the bottom
edge of the front supports at floor level

• Always secure child in the restraint
• The child should be secured in the high
chair at all times by the restraining
system. The tray is not designed to hold
the child in the chair. It is recommended
that the chair be used only by children
capable of sitting upright unassisted.

Remove seat plate
Front lip of Insert
will overhang and mate to
front edge of seat plate.
Keeping the Insert centered
on the seat plate, lift front
edge of insert.

Loosen Screws

Thread restraint straps
up through infant insert
Fasten Clips
Center Infant Insert on Seat Plate.
Place seat plate flat on table.
Peel off paper to
expose adhesive.
