To set heating mode from remote control, press , and follow instructions provided for setting from control panel
(see above).
Temperature setting
The temperature can be set both from control panel and remote control.
To set the temperature from control panel, press and then press “+”/”-“
To set the temperature from remote control, first press and then use “+” or “-“ to increase(decrease tempera-
ture.
Note: this appliance is equipped with an auto shut off system that activates when a sharp drop of room
temperature is detected (open window detection). When the room temperature suddenly drops by 5-10°c,
display will show the indicator and the appliance will automatically turn off.
Week timer setting
Note: week timer can only be set from remote control.
To start setting, press “WEEK/TIME” found on the remote control.
Press “SET UP” to set turning on (ON) or turning off (OFF) of the appliance; the LED indicator related to the
selected setting on the display will start blinking.
With the buttons “+” and “-“ select the day of the week to be programmed (Sun” – Sunday; “Mon” – Monday;
“Tue” – Tuesday; “Wed” – Wednesday; “Thu” – Thursday; “Fri” – Friday; “Sat” – Saturday); in this case also, the
LED indicator related to the selected setting on the display will start blinking.
Once the day of the week is set, press “HOUR” and then “+”/”-“ to set the turning on/off hour; to set the minutes,
press “MIN” and then “+”/”-“.
Note: When the LED indicators stop blinking, the settings are confirmed.
Auto shut off safety system
This appliance is equipped with a safety system, that automatically shuts the appliance off in case of overheating.
For safety reasons, after auto shut off, the appliance will not automatically turn back on. To turn it back on, unplug
the appliance from the wall socket for at least 15 minutes.
Troubleshooting
Issue Possible solution
The fireplace does not turn on/the fan does not work Make sure that the appliance is connected to the
wall socket; in case of safety auto shut off due to
overheating, unplug for at least 15 minutes
Flame does not turn on Check if LED lights need replacement
Remote control does not work Check the polarity of the battery
Check if the battery needs replacement
Make sure to point the remote control directly at the
fireplace
Cleaning and maintenance
Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operation, please make sure to turn the appliance off and to
unplug it from the wall socket. Wait at least 10 minutes to allow all components to cool properly.
Use a vacuum or duster to keep heater and vent area clean from dust and dirt.
The exterior of the fireplace should be cleaned with a damp cloth or duster.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or liquid sprays.
