Connect the adapter to the cable found at the base of the appliance, making sure the connectors fit perfectly,
and insert the plug into the wall socket: the LED indicator of the POWER key starts flickering, indicating that the
appliance is in stand-by mode.
Pressing the POWER key once, the massager starts operating in WORK mode (P1): low heat, low intensity.
At this point, press the MODE key to select the desired massage program:
P1 – shiatsu m air compression – green LED light
P2 – air compression massage – blue LED light
P3 – shiatsu massage – red LED light (in this mode, a light compression will be activated, for a better massaging
experience).
Once the desired program has been selected, it is possible to set the level of air compression and heat.
Press the HEAT key to adjust the heat on low level (green LED light) or high level (red LED light). Press the
INTENSIFY key to adjust air compression on 3 different intensity levels: low intensity (green LED light), medium
intensity (blue LED light), high intensity (red LED light).
At the beginning, it is better to set the air compression on low intensity, and then increase it gradually according
to your needs (when moving from one level to another, it takes about 2 minutes to fully feel the difference in
intensity).
Warning: especially at the beginning of the massage, it is normal to feel a little pain and, at times,
numbness, due to the intensity of the massage and the work on the foot muscles and joints; if the
pain or the discomfort persist and/or it should become unbearable, stop using the appliance imme-
diately.
Warning: the over heating protection system fitted in the appliance limits the heating speed of the
product; it can take about 5-10 minutes before the heat can be perceived noticeably.

Activate the battery by removing the plastic protection strip.
All the functions available from the control panel can also be activated from the remote control; refer to previous
paragraph.
Warning: if swallowed, the battery can cause internal burns, perfo-
ration of soft tissues, and lead to potentially lethal injuries. Severe
burns can occur within 2 hours from swallowing. Seek immediate
medical attention if ingestion is suspected.
Do not let children replace the battery without adult supervision.
Do not expose battery to high temperature. Remove it from remote control
if it is not used for long time.
Do not dispose of the exhausted battery in regular waste; do not throw it in
fire or attempt to burn it. Follow applicable local regulations for the correct
disposal of batteries.
